MT Waste Management provides comprehensive and extensive support to all our clients whether a complex national account or a single site.

Account Management

MT Waste Management nominate a dedicated Account Manager who will be the fundamental link between our service and support functions and the clients’ sites and will undertake regular visits to identify:

  • Site familiarisation
  • Future recycling opportunities
  • Equipment review
  • Cost savings
  • Health and Safety
  • Legislation

Site Support

In addition to a dedicated Account Manager MT Waste Management’s on-site support also consists of a Site Support Supervisor and Technical Support.

A Site Support Supervisor will be introduced to our client to provide direct on-site support to oversee and assist with the following areas:

  • Initial implementation of equipment and services
  • Waste audits
  • Site audits
  • Training on equipment and processes

Where MT Waste Management has supplied equipment we also provide comprehensive technical support that includes regular servicing, maintenance, rapid response to breakdowns and regular training.

Operational Support

MT Waste Management provide a single contact point to facilitate calls received from our Clients, we do not operate an electronic system and your call will be answered by one of our Customer Service Operatives (CSO).

The reasons for the call are defined at the time of the call, identified for priority status, logged and monitored through to a satisfactory conclusion.

Our CSO’s are fully adverse with the requirements of our clients and are available to provide the following:

  • Arrange for the collection of wastes
  • Provide solutions for ad hoc requirements
  • General advice and assistance
  • Monitoring of service performance
